You will also be comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities, while adapting to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, your responsibilities will span across project management, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. You will help business teams and program managers identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress, and develop strategies to optimize business processes. Your role will also include generating insightful reports and recommendations that guide decision-making across various departments and teams, helping to drive business success and operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

Collaboration with business teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand, define, and document analytical reporting needs, ensuring that business questions are answered and challenges are resolved.

Data analysis and reporting: Consolidate large amounts of data and provide actionable insights by generating analytical reports. Your reports should provide clear, data-backed recommendations that drive business decisions and process improvement.

Tracking functional and business specifications: Ensure changes in business or functional specifications are documented properly to track progress against KPIs.

Root cause analysis and process improvement: Conduct in-depth investigations into business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and helping to resolve any issues that arise, from organizational inefficiencies to analytical bottlenecks.

Feasibility studies and special projects: Participate in studies of new and existing programs, contributing your analytical insights to determine feasibility and address any organizational, analytical, or procedural challenges.
Basic Qualifications

Penultimate-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, data analysis, economics, or another quantitative discipline.

Availability for a full-time internship for at least 3 months, with the ability to work in Vietnam legally.

Strong analytical skills: You should be able to ask the right questions, work with complex data, and make informed assumptions to draw conclusions and generate actionable insights.

Organization skills: The ability to work independently, conducting investigations and analysis that may require multiple steps and careful attention to detail.

Communication skills: Strong written and spoken communication in English, with the ability to explain complex technical problems clearly and concisely.

Ability to present data professionally: You must be able to present findings in a structured, clear manner with supporting data, making sure stakeholders can easily understand and act upon the insights provided.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel: Experience with array and statistical formulas will be an advantage for analyzing data and presenting findings effectively.

Knowledge of analytics and statistical tools: Familiarity with tools like SAS, PowerBI, SQL, and concepts such as ETL and data warehousing (DW) will be highly beneficial.

Visualization tools: Experience with Tableau, Datazen, SSRS, or other visualization platforms to present insights effectively is a plus.

Experience in the e-commerce industry: Any prior experience in e-commerce or with similar analytical tools used in retail and online business operations is a strong asset.

Business process improvement: Familiarity with frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma would be advantageous, as would experience in modeling complex business scenarios to identify areas for improvement.
