Background & Purpose of the Job

We are seeking an exceptionally talented, driven, and bright individual to join our Human Resources (HR) team. As a vital member of the HR department, you will serve as the front-line HR representative for the Team Leads in Kallos Vietnam. This role is essential to ensuring that the team has a positive and engaging work experience while navigating HR-related matters.
In this position, you will handle low-risk employee cases, including conflict resolution, and support more complex employee relations investigations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with both the operations and HR teams to help execute company-wide initiatives. Your work will focus on simplifying processes and identifying new opportunities to enhance employee engagement and overall satisfaction in the workplace.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for:

Coaching and supporting Team Leads: You will offer guidance to Team Leads on a variety of HR-related topics, helping them navigate employee challenges, HR policies, and best practices for creating a positive and productive work environment.

Employee case management: Handle employee cases in accordance with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring that all cases are resolved effectively and equitably. This includes addressing conflict resolutions and supporting the investigation of employee relations issues.

Workplace environment and employee engagement: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that improve the overall workplace environment and enhance employee engagement. You’ll support initiatives designed to foster a positive, inclusive culture that aligns with Kallos’s values.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders: Work closely with both the operations and HR teams to execute hiring, recruiting, and engagement initiatives that drive the company’s growth and success.

Developing communication plans: Partner with the HR team to develop, implement, and maintain communication plans that ensure transparency and open lines of communication with employees at all levels.

Leading and supporting HR projects: Take a leadership role or provide support for various HR projects as assigned, helping to drive key initiatives forward and improve HR processes across the company.

Data collection and analysis: Collect and analyze HR-related data to identify trends and insights related to attrition, attendance, workforce management, recruitment, and engagement initiatives. This data will help the HR team make data-driven decisions to improve employee retention and satisfaction.

Compliance audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Apply your knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and employee legislation to assist in audits under the supervision of HR management.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience with MS Office Suite, with specific expertise in Excel (Intermediate level), as data analysis will be a significant part of your responsibilities.

Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. This will allow you to effectively interact with diverse teams and employees at all levels.

Knowledge of HR practices and employment law: A solid understanding of local employment laws and HR processes, including best practices for handling employee relations, compliance, and conflict resolution.

Data collection and analysis skills: Ability to gather, organize, and analyze HR-related data, generating insights that will inform decision-making and strategy.

Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive HR information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality. You will be trusted to manage private employee data and ensure it remains secure.

Effective communication skills: Clear, concise communication is key in this role. You will be interacting with employees, Team Leads, and management regularly, so the ability to express ideas and provide guidance is essential.
