You gradually approach the end of the corridor, where there is a large door, adorned with patterns and precious metals. You touch the door, feeling its coldness and weight. You turn the doorknob, eager to know what awaits you behind it. You hope that you will discover your life in a past incarnation.

I continued to follow the black horse until it stopped at a small village. I looked around and realized that I was in the Middle Ages, when people lived in wooden houses and raised livestock.

I saw a man waiting for the horse at a stable. He had brown hair and blue eyes, with a handsome face and strong physique. He saw me and smiled, then stepped out of the stable and embraced me. I felt a sense of familiarity and love from him, as if he were my soulmate. He spoke to me in Old English:

  • Greetings, my lady. I have missed you dearly. Where have you been all morning?

I did not understand what he said, but I did not care. I just wanted to be with him forever, and forget my current life. I had found my past life, and I did not want to leave it.
